Connie + Toshio

Wow, one of the most unique weddings I have ever experienced! Connie and Toshio were far from a boring couple. Both salsa dancers and dance instructors, their first dance was super-unique, along with their personal and very emotional vows. So many custom decorations at this wedding, from thousands of hand-made origami to the custom papel picado with their names and wedding date. Yes, they even cut their cake with a katana!

Photographed by Lori and Lynn Cummings, this day was definitely one to remember. When we arrived, Connie and Toshio's friends were decorating the pavilion at Aldridge Gardens with all of their custom decor, including hand painted ceramic suns as party favors.

On top of everything else, their first activity together as husband and wife was to jump out of a plane together. That's right, they went skydiving. We were able to incorporate some of their skydiving experience into their highlight film, and makes this one a must-see!
